How to mess up during shipping and got sent the wrong things but it got sorted out completely, and in a fast manner.
This is my second purchase from CTK. Last one was approximately five or six years ago . It's still in really good condition. These cat trees do not end up in landfill like so many that are cheaply constructed. It's stood up to three cats during this time. I purchased this separate one for our newest member of the household. Our ginger ninja loves his bed right at the front door for optimal bird viewing. Having high comfortable sleeping areas for cats in multiple households can really help reduce anxiety. Works better than pheromone diffusers or calmative treats in my opinion. Very solid construction. Extremely simple to put together so doesn't really need instructions but the instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. Lovely, plush and well padded. Quick dispatch and delivery. Thanks.

Wat een pracht van een krabpaal! Lekker stevig, robuust, je hoeft niet bang te zijn dat ie omkiepert. Onze nieuwe kat heeft al op elk plekje gezeten, maar slapen in het hangmatje, en de boel in de gaten houden vanaf de bovenste bak (195 cm hoog!), is toch wel favoriet.
Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Hij komt in 3 dozen en 1 vd 3 werd een dag later bezorgd, en dat wisten we dus niet. Dat was dus even een telefoontje naar de klantenservice omdat wij dachten dat ie niet compleet was, maar was heel snel opgelost. Binnen 5 minuten kreeg ik een mail met de track & trace code.

Top krabpaal! De katten vinden 'm erg leuk. Hij is echt stevig en was makkelijk in elkaar te zetten met 1 schroef. Hij was goed verpakt en werd snel geleverd. Ik zeg: doen!
Min katt valde denna låda direkt när vi bytte ut trots att vi körde två lådor som invänjning.
Den är snygg och lätt placerad med sin runda form. Stor så alla katter får plats med god marginal.
We needed a tree that wouldn't tip over and a roomy bed at the top and this was purrfect for our catkid! The tree stump is super thick and looks like it'll withstand a lifetime of scratching and zoomies/parkour. The plush bed comes with a removable/washable cushion. Will be back for a standalone scratch post for another room. Incredible quality - don't think twice.
Our Maine Coon loves it. He's a big cat and needs a big tree, this was perfect. Easy to setup, quality construction. Can even remove one of the pillar pieces to drop the height if you want.
I have a big Savannah cat as well as another three smaller cats. I needed something robust, interesting and big enough to hold him. He loves it and so does the others. Really well made and easy to put together.
OMG! - our MC's absolutely love this unit - we had a bit of a nightmare with DPD delivery company - no fault of RHR's at all.
RHR has been great - good communication and customer care, can't fault them :)
Would recommend getting a Maine Coon size unit, ours have been SO much happier and playful since ours arrived.
I'm not going to lie - the Panther XXL IS a piece of furniture - measure before buy, it won't fit all homes ... we also bought a smaller corner unit a few weeks beforehand which they also love.
Will def but from RHR again :)

I have had many trees from Cat Tree King Australia and they have always proven durable. The price is 100% worth it given they last years compared to cheaper alternatives. The quality couldn’t be compared.
