I had purchased this product in the past so I knew what I was buying. As someone who runs a very busy home from home cat rescue, our cat trees are excessivley used and do not stand up to the normal use in usual homes. RHR products do last considerabley longer that cheaper brands and I would not waste money on cheaper sub standard products. Also you can buy replacement parts which is also a bonus. A normal user will get a cats lifetime use out of one of these I am sure. One pic is of the Maine coon version but its not unusual to have several cats on it at once and the single cat is on the Ragdoll cat tree but that also ends up with several on it.

I have bought a few cat scratchers over the years from other companies but none have been as well made as the Cat Scratcher Maine Coon Lounge Retreat Blackline. Not only was it delivered very quickly and in good quality boxes but it took very little time to put together. Brought for my naughty 2 boys after destroying a normal cat tree. Arrived quickly- super easy to put together. Super sturdy and looks stunning.
Very impressed with the quality and build of the tree. All of the bedding, the lounge and the hammocks are all very plush. The instructions could be a little bit more detailed however and it does really need two people to assemble. Other than that, the cats absolutely love it.

This cat tree is a great size, robust and well made. Our cat loves lounging in the top area watching the world go by outside the window. It's a bit larger than we anticipated but it's a great size for our cat. Would highly recommend.
What a beautiful cat tree!! As soon as I assembled it, which was so very easy, four of my cats had found their favourite spot on it and fallen asleep. They are very happy with it as am I. Thank you :)
Krabpaal was simpel in elkaar te zetten en hij is goed stabiel , de ligplek is groot genoeg voor onze 2 ragdolls om samen op te liggen

Hij staat nog niet omdat ik nog in de verbouwingen zit.
Echter de kwaliteit van RHR quality kennende - reeds 20 j en al verschillende krabpalen/tonnen verder - zal deze heel hard in de smaak vallen van mijn katten en het personeel.
De pluche is quasi onverslijtbaar. De palen doen ook heel lang dienst. En begeeft er uiteindelijk toch een koordje , dan is dit onderdeel apart bestelbaar.
M.a.w. een overtuigende klant voor wat betreft kwaliteit en service !

Prachtige paal. Hij is alleen groter en dieper dan verwacht. Je ziet op het plaatje toch niet echt goed hoe groot hij in werkelijkheid is. Gelukkig hebben we voldoende ruimte in huis
We have been impressed enough that we will more than likely do all of our future cat furniture shopping with RHR. We found we were having to replace scratchers and trees at an unsustainable rate and hadn't found anything suitable for our big boy, of reasonable quality & price until now.
First of all, the packaging was great. There were no missing parts, the instructions were clear, the boxes were dry and well fitted, also numbered. Brilliant unboxing.
The quality of materials are a level above what we are used to. We are able to see nice deep paw prints in the fabric which demonstrates how plush the shelf fabric is. The cushions are deep and comfy and look really nice in a home-furnishing sense, rather than just a thin cushion on a cat tree.
Stability is great - the tree we chose has a really wide base and having seen our boy struggle on lesser trees in the past, swaying as he clambers up them, we are impressed by how stable this is. It's solid, even as he takes unusual routes to the top or jumps down to the bottom shelf with his full weight. It's going nowhere and that's comforting.
He still has to get confidence in climbing to the top and the only thing we could wish for is some extra, intermediate route to the top for cats like ours with low confidence.
Amazing tree otherwise. An instant hit with our big boy and we couldn't be happier.
